More days off than on for better results?

More days off than on for better results?

Because of some dark purple veins I’ve been on very few and very mild PE sessions over the last two weeks.
I was worried my first “gains” would be gone in no time while taking a break, but after like the first week basically off PE I noticed my unit looks and feels longer and fatter than before.

I was wondering if there are more people who’ve had this experience and are now on a more days off than on program.


I usually do one on and two off but sometimes I do one off. I usually take 5 days in a row off every month. I thin it helps me but I am not sure yet. I am still experimenting.

I think it helps. My unit is more stretchable and looser after a couple days off,

And it pumps longer in the tube after a rest.
