I haven’t been strictly following my routine as I have been adding in extra rest days here and there based on my PI. A quick question though, if we are reporting measurements on the 20th, what is the last day we should do our routine so we are avoiding “false-gains?”
I am not part of this challenge, but as far as I know, your can PE on the last day is you wish. But to make sure there are no false gains, personally I stop PEing 4-5 days before the challenge is over.

Well I am at a complete loss, after a month of my most intensive PE work ever I have not only made zero gains, but I have lost some.
Starting stats: BPEL: 7” EG (mid): 4.75”
9/20 stats: BPEL: 7” EG (mid): 4.5”
I did note that the base EG is now 5” though. Still I find these result very disheartening considering the amount of effort I put in during the last month. I paid very close attention to the PIs my body was giving me, and adjusted my routine where needed. Any veterans have some pointers, or perhaps some reasoning? Should I continue on with my current routine, or should I try different methods? My goal at the moment is 7.5 BPEL x 5 EG. It doesn’t seem all that far away, but this turned out to be a puzzling result for the month.
Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Hope other members in this challenge have had better luck!

As far as girth goes, your penis has mood swings: I think girth reacts a lot to fatigue and stress and I think length measurements are a lot more consistent. You probably just had a bad girth day. I had this happen a couple of weeks ago, where my girth went down about a 1/4 inch for a few days. I was really worried that I was losing girth (more specifically that I had lost the little girth gain I already had). I ended up taking a few days off PE, sex, and masturbation, and sure enough the girth popped right back.
Since this was “your most intensive PE work ever”, maybe your penis is just tired. So give him a couple of days off, drink lots of water (always good advice), and measure again. I’ll bet you come back to scratch no problem. In fact, if you take a week or so off as a mini decon break, you might even see some gains.
Before you decide to change your routine, post it and let some of the vets evaluate it. And how long have you been at it?
I agree with SideBanger. Sometimes in the spirit to gain more, one does a lot more than usual; ie. up the duration intensity etc of their routines. Or you would call it your most intensive month. When was your last session? Take 4 or so days off to see if the size doesn’t jump back up.

I always take 3-4 days off before measure so I don’t get “false positives” .. As you can see from the post I made above, my last session was on the 17th, so 3 days rest before measuring.

“5 days on (weekdays), 2 days off (weekends)
5 minute warm up with electric heating pad 20 minutes of high pressure jelqing consisting of: -About 10 seconds per jelq -Rotate direction 90 degrees clockwise after 5 jelq reps (down, right, up, left, repeat) 10 minutes warm down, messaging the penis while in a heating pad”
As I also noted in this thread (3 days after the start date):
“I was originally trying to do 5 days on 2 days off, but I think I am still not quite conditioned enough for that intensity. I noticed a tenderness in my penis near the glads that I do not normally feel. I am taking this as an indication of my limits. As such, I am continuing with the same routine, however it will be 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off per week. So far it has felt great to actually be consistent in my routine, and I can’t wait to see what form of results I can get.”
I paid very close attention to how my penis was reacting throughout the month. I had a few sessions were I was really tempted to get a ruler out ( I looked massive) but knew that it was more then likely simply temporary gains from a nice workout. The soreness near the glands ceased when I switched to the 3 on/1 off, 2 on/ 1 off schedule. I would adjust my warm-wrap cool down time depending on the condition my penis was in after the workouts. As far as I can tell I did not do anything necessarily “wrong”, so I can’t quite understand the lack of gains, let alone the loss, considering how effective PE has been in the past for me.

Maybe 3/1 2/1 is still too intense for you. I don’t work out near that often, mostly for privacy issues, but also because I’m terrified of overdoing it. You might try switching to 1 on 1 off for a while.
The 3-4 days you took off prior to measuring might not be enough to actually decon. You say PE has worked for you before, so obviously you’re not a total newbie. Are you doing anything differently now than what worked for you in the past? How long has it been since your prior experiences?
Also, your routine has no stretching (aside from the stretching aspect of Jelqing). What erection percentage do you Jelq at? 10 seconds is a long Jelq, but you still might want to incorporate some traditional stretches. I think lots of heat is good, so I wouldn’t change that: it’s something I need to get more serious about.
@ Sidebanger— It is difficult for me to determine if the workouts are too intense or not. I don’t feel any pain when I did this routine during the last month, and only noticed the PIs I have always had after PE (lots of small red dots from capillaries, overall darker skin tone to my penis.) As far as doing things differently from the past, I have been focusing on my intensive jelqs, being sure to have a tighter “O” before beginning. As far as erection level, I usually jelq at 50-30% or so. I have never really used stretching in my routines as I find it very difficult to incorporate them actively since I find them mind-numbingly boring. (Although I have been thinking about making an ADS to wear in the evenings when I do most of my desk work.) I semi-incorporate A and V stretches into my routine by adjusting the angle of my hands when jelqing down and jelqing up (definitely feel stretching when I do that … again no pain though.)
As far as how long I have been doing PE, I did a 5 month stretch of it in the Fall of 2005, and gained almost an inch (ended up being about .75” since I didnt do any cementing) I restarted PE in June of this year, and have regained the lost .25” … but nothing more yet. The main difference between this time and the last 5 month session, is the last session was done during my morning shower, so I had constant heat during those sessions. This is an impossibility now though given my time constraints.
@aom91 — Why is 10 seconds too much? I find that if I try to keep it at 6 seconds or so I don’t get much of a pump, and it feels more like slow masturbation then PE (which then makes it difficult to control erection levels)
Thanks for the positive feedback guys. Sorry to sound down, but I just found it disappointing as I was certain I had measurable gains from this past month. I well continue to try this routine starting next week (which will be 1 week decon.) We shall see what happens during that time.
