Modifying the Newbie Routine

Have any of you modified the newbie routine in any way and gotten good results? I am thinking about switching from 2 on 1 off to 3 on 1 off. Is this a dumb idea? I’m guessing some people have done this before. I’ve been PEing for two weeks.

Going from 2 on 1 off to 3 on 1 off is in my opinion totally fine. That is if you have at least done the newbie routine as prescribed for 2 weeks. Since you say you have been doing it for 2 weeks I say go for it.

You should in the first weeks just be coming into acquaintance with the exercises and trying to perfect your technique as well as figuring out about how much your dick can handle.

Everything is personal here. By which I mean each persons workout is specific to them. More PE is better for some people than others. Personally, I do 1 on 2 off. But then again, no one is restricted to one routine. Good luck!

Increasing from 2/1 to 3/1 is recommended although doing it after 2 weeks is rather quick. Try it and keep close attention to your PI. If you got negative PI, go back to 2/1
