Moderate Split Routine

I was reading a couple posts here and there and was curious about opinions on a split routine; one in the morning and one at night. Having been strapped for time due to work, I figured this could work great for me. However, I think the two would have to be moderate exercises, not a full blown hardcore workout, or you’ll overwork yourself within the first day. That being said, I was thinking of it being moderate.

Maybe the first workout could be solely based on stretching and the second could be focused on jelqing? I’d like to hear everyone’s opinions on the subject.

I’ve been away for awhile and need to get to reading again.
