Mix and match
I have quite a bit of on/off experience with PE and have experienced some gains in length/girth/EQ.
I have been going for it seriously since mid-November and just would love to get any comments from experienced people who have got results.
A month of Phallosan got me ⅜” in length and some girth. (Gf noticed)
I then switched to jelqing building up quite fast to long sessions of 50 minutes plus. This got me noticeable flaccid girth 3/16”, and a little bit of erect girth (Gf noticed both).
Now I have started using Phallosan to pull down but tying to my foot when I have the privacy - it provides a pretty good pull when into the red zone. I can take about 40 mins of this at a time. Flaccid and erect girth gains but if anything I have lost length.
Part of the reason for switching around is to allow for my situation of travelling and how much privacy I can get etc etc.
If I have a question it would be how do y’all feel about mixing up approaches and am I pulling too hard with the leg strap thing? - Effectively it’s like hanging at lowish weights.
I have come across a statistical analysis of the phallosan clinical trial where those who jelqed got less length gains (dunno about girth) and I have also seen data suggesting that pulling too hard with phallosan just toughens the penis and less length gain ins the result. But how does hanging work then? The reality is I can’t wear it 6 hours a day for work and other reasons except when I travel (about a quarter of the time) - so I am trying to evolve a routine that fits my life.
Cock looks bigger and healthier at various times but I don’t feel like I am in any different category than I was before.
