If you get interrupted during your PE routine and miss your warm-down are there any negative side-effects that could result?

I don’t ever warm down to be honest with you, and I know a lot of people don’t. Find out whatever works for you.

Warm ups are important. If you measure your penis (flaccid stretch length) after your usual length routine without a warm-up, then the next day do the same routine with a proper warm up and measure again, most guys will see the value of the warm up.

Warm downs are not very important. If I have used IR heat throughout a session, I like to keep a gentle stretch on until my penis is cooled down to body temperature at the end of PE, (or, if it’s been a very intense session, I ice it), but I never really do warm-downs any more. I always finish a session with a few light jelqs and firegoat rolls.

I’ve been doing “cool downs” with frigid water combined with Uli stretches lately and I’ve noticed some girth gains. Not sure if both are contributing to the gains but I’m not about to stop either until I stop gaining.

just don’t skip the warm up seems to be the general consensus. Some even say they can forgo this without ill effect but from personal experience (2 days ago) it was not very pleasant at all. My indicators were all down, I was turtling like crazy and my dick felt hard and scrunched up all day. I generously applied heat throughout today and have managed to restore it to a healthy feel and look. I missed my workout today and have to spend easter weekend saturday and sunday doing PE now. Not that that bothers me, I have lots of hockey to watch as well…

Start: BPEL=16cm EG=13cm

Now: BPEL=18.2cm (approx. 7.2in) EG=13.1cm NBPFL= 13.4cm

Don’t worry about the ‘warm-down’s’, I even never did warm ups because it’s just too time consuming.

(I did although start easy the first 2 stretches in the beginning of my routine)

STARTING: BPEL: 5.7 G: 4.65, NOW: BPEL: 7.48 G: 5.7 GOAL L:8.7 G:6.3 (old goal; L:8.0 G: 6.0)
