Minimalist Routine

Greetings fellows,
This is my first post in this forum, I’ve experimented with penis enlargement exercises in the past years but I’ve never been consistent with them over time. I´ve got some gains though from this sporadic practice. I’ve done jelqs, clamped kegels, stretches and pumping.
A month ago I decided to get serious about it but I didn’t wanted my life to revolved around my shlong, so I came up with this routine :

Monday:
3-5 minutes Warm up (basically massage some stretching and light masturbation)
10 minutes of clamped kegels / 3-5 minute rest / 10 minutes of clamped kegels
3-5 minutes cool down (massage)

Thursday:
3-5 minutes Warm up (basically massage some stretching and light masturbation)
10 minutes of dry jelging / 3-5 minute rest / 10 minutes dry jelqing
3-5 minutes cool down (massage)

I use all the other days to do short sessions of “recovery” exercises ( kegels, light stroking and massage), if I masturbate or have sex I take that as a recovery or a workout session depending on the intensity.
I’ve notice that the more you recover the better you grow, even though I haven’t meassure it yet I’ve notice gains, I will start to meassure and stick with this routine some time and see how it goes.
Does anyone have experimented gains with 2 times a week routines?
Any suggestions, help or advice will be appreciated.
