Like Marinera said: rest a day or two and go from there. I occasionally get a diminished eq, especially after a hard clamping or pump session. It’s not the end of the world and you don’t want to go the patsy route and use a minor issue as an excuse to take an extended break.
Not to mention the fact that stress doesn’t help your little buddy stand at attention. Your likely worrying so much that Pam Anderson herself couldn’t help you get a hard on.
