Just wandering about Jelqing, does micro tearing at the base of your penis common (between your testi n penis). Even though it heal overnight, but if you start to Jelq again .. The heal skin start to tear again. I PE 5 days/ 2 days rest for healing. I use a lot of baby lotion with Vit-E though. I did like 300 flex/day, but skip stretch and Kegel.

So any advice whether I need to do the whole PE excise thingy. Much appreciate it.

Personally I’m subscribe to the theory of 1 day on 1 day off and I’m seeing consistent gains. With my theory, I think that by taking a day off between sessions I’m giving my unit time to heal. The way I see it is a wound won’t heal if you pull off a scab every day.

First of all, micro means microscopic and that means you can’t see it with the naked eye. If you can see damage, that is macro damage and that takes longer to heal.

Ok .. Got you. Here the thing, the last time I let it heal about 5 days or so, it did heal but the problem here is that when I start PE again the skin tear again (macro tear). So what do you recommend for healing process? Some healing ointment perhaps?

A little ointment is fine. Then figure out how to stop causing the damage.

Hope this isn’t too stupid a question: could you be able to hear a micro tear? Sometimes I get a crunchy sound in my penis, near the base, while jelqing. This may be lig popping, though I never hear the noise when I’m stretching, which is (I think) more intensive on the ligs than jelqing. I should note: there is no pain or visible signs of damage when I hear this noise.

I have no idea what that sound is, but I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with micro tears.

I wouldn’t recommend the 5 day on 2 day off as it’s sort of an awkward way to spread the healing (although I’m guessing you do it so you have free weekends?). I think something like a 3 on/1 off would be better. Ultimately, all I’m trying to say is that for example, 6 days on/3 days off is NOT the same as 2 days on/1 day off. After 9 days both people will have worked out on 6, and rested on 3, but I feel the 2/1 guy will be better off then the 6/3 guy. I hope I have made some sense but am really tired right now so am kind of being lazy. Best of luck to you.

I have the same sound! And I was wondering the same thing, if it really was a lig popping, but like you said, I never hear that noise when I’m stretching.

One day I'll be able to do PE o/

1/1 it’s better?? I am using 2/1 and I think 5/2 it’s no good, to much rest time and to much work time!

I do the 1 day on and one day off routine, done it for the duration of my PE experience, except when I took a year and half break from jelqing. I still continued to stretch. When I returned to jelqing I started the one day on and one day off. And as you could see it has not hurt me any. I have had no injuries of any sort.

For the popping sound I would lighten up on the base grip. Isolate where the sound is coming from and try to avoid that area.
