Meditation On Girth - Big Guys Don't Bulge

The girth I’m talking about is my body. I’m 6’2”, 275. I know I’m fat. I slouch. People tell me I carry my extra weight well and that they can’t believe I’m 275 pounds. My two biggest areas of concern are my man boobs and my lack of apparent bulge.

I’ve always been self conscious of my bulge. In shape guys often have a bulge especially if their pants fit well. My pants are totally flat across the front. I’ve always attributed this to having a small penis. What I’ve come to realize thru this site (realizing that I’m not that small after all) and lots of self inspection is that my problem is not a small bulge, it’s a fat body. The fat around my upper thighs and pubic fat pad take up all the space in my pants and smashes my package 24/7. Not only is this uncomfortable, but it’s unattractive. I’ve struggled with weight my whole life. I was taught to lead an in-doorsy, sedentary life. And I’m good at it. My PE journey will not be complete until I have a bigger dick and a smaller waistline to help accentuate the bulge.

Anybody else feelin’ what I’m feelin’?

On the contrary I have always been slim as my dad and unlike my mum and sister. women in my family struggle to loose weight and since they eat the same as me they add weight.

It is something that I’m lucky and they aren’t. If I were you I would focus on loosing weight and get fitter. Focus all time and mindset in that.

Then do PE. This way you will know exactly how much you gained thanks to pe.

In my case I just can focus on one thing apart from my studies. I have done both PE and gym. Failed at the gym and gain a bit in PE. I’m sure if I had done just pe I would have gained a bit more. But at least I kept my shape. You don’t have to keep it, you have to work hard. So cmon man. Go get it!!!

This may not be the place for it, but I can suggest something that may help. Intermittent fasting is a great way to get your body weight back under control. It’s basically a lifestyle of eating all your calories within a certain window in your day. So you don’t eat for 14-16 hours and eat everything you would eat during a 8-10 hour window. That’s the basics, but you should do some research on it. You can always ask me about it!

I did it for about 6 months, and I can tell you that even though it was hard to stuff all those calories down during my window (I was trying to gain lean muscle mass so I ate many calories), I definitely saw a decrease in body fat while keeping my lean muscle and strength.

I did hit the gym regularly (I’m a pretty big health nut), and even though you may lose weight with just changing your food intake hours, I suggest you do some form of exercise.

Whatever you do, remember that eating ALL of your calories necessary is as important as not eating for those hours. To fast and then eat very little will only lead you to disaster.

With all due respect to the naturally skinny guys, I’m a naturally fluffier sort so I’d like to chime in.

First off. I’m 5’7”. In February, I was almost 230. I got fed up, upped my gym time and cleaned up my diet. I dropped to 200 in the Summer and have been struggling with that last 10 pounds. I’m 196 now. I look pretty good as I have a fair bit of muscle, but there are still pockets of resistance.

I guess my point is that whatever weight or girth or bulge or whatever you have is a choice. If you want it to be different bad enough, you will change what needs to be changed.

I struggled with extra weight most of my life, too. Interestingly, that began changing when I joined Thunder’sPlace and began seeing improvement in the other part of my anatomy I felt I couldn’t change. I’ve become leaner, more healthy emotionally and I have a considerably bigger dick. It’s taken a lot of work, but I’m betting that you (OP) can see that change too. We help each other here. If you want to successfully lose weight check out “The Four Hour Body” by Tim Ferriss. I lost 12 lbs in 16 days then another 20 over two months. It’s still off but fluctuates +/- 5-8 lbs.

Doing my best to battle both bulges right now and I can’t help but think if I didn’t have a nearly 1.5” fat pad I would feel better about my current length. Not to mention it would be SO much easier to measure. As of about 2 months ago, I decided my weight would have to take priority. Once I reach my weight goal, I’ll have a better perspective and be able to attack my PE goals.

A friend of mine is 5’2”, 45 kg or even less and small bones. I don’t know his stats but He has a really big flaccid, something like 6.5” x 5.5” or even more girth and it looks impressive on him.

Bodies are made in the kitchen and refined in the gym.

What’s you’re diet title? Chicken, and vegetables I guess cuz you look fit for football. Plus you’re black man that means higher testosterone on average.

You will gain dick size just from loosing your weight.
