Measuring the size and Workout routine
I’ve been doing a newbie routine of jelqing for 5-8 minute each day with warm ups for a month. I can say I’m happy with results. Having a flaccid all day is a great feeling. I’m doing 2 day on 1 day off routine
I have a problem about measuring .
If I’m standing it’s : 14.1
If I’m sitting it’s :15.8
If I spread my legs while sitting it goes up to 16.6
Which measuring counts actually? Also I’m planning to stick to this routine for 2 more months then move to more advanced routine than mine.
I’m wondering how long will it take to increase standing length?
