I’ve been doing a newbie routine of jelqing for 5-8 minute each day with warm ups for a month. I can say I’m happy with results. Having a flaccid all day is a great feeling. I’m doing 2 day on 1 day off routine

I have a problem about measuring .

If I’m standing it’s : 14.1

If I’m sitting it’s :15.8

If I spread my legs while sitting it goes up to 16.6

Which measuring counts actually? Also I’m planning to stick to this routine for 2 more months then move to more advanced routine than mine.

I’m wondering how long will it take to increase standing length?

If you’re measuring to brag, do it while sitting with legs spread.

Seriously, measuring should be used to gauge efficacy of what you are doing so whatever way you choose, do it that way EVERY time.

I’ve read a lot of guys argue how to measure and they may or may not argue here. Just do it the same each time to more scientifically chart your own progress.

Actually, it doesn’t matter that much for tracking gains you only need to measure the same way every time.Cool?


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

It is fine and quite common to be honest. I used to have bad erections while sitting or laying down (bad erections affects size)… thanks to PE, this situations is almost completely solved. But I only measure myself while standing.

At every measurement, take them at those three positions.
