When I measure, I give it all I got. What I mean is that not only do I stick the ruler way back against the pubic bone, I also tighten the muscles that you use in Kegals to add a small fraction of an inch. I squeeze and shove the ruler back. Is this the right way to go about measuring?
Another thing is, I’ve been PEing for four days. And in this time I measured from BPEL 6.75” to 7.25”.
