Measuring penis wrong

Measuring penis wrong

Well guys I’ve always measured my penis siting down but I’ve read the offical teqnique is standing up is this right ?? Cos my nbel is 1/4 less standing than sitting and also my bpel is 1/2 longer sitting does this sound common ?

I measure standing up, but I don’t see problem doing I sitting down as long as you measure the same way every time. I could be wrong though?

Hey mate thanks for the reply it’s just I’m on the small side and I don’t want to lose anymore really you know?? I know being concistent is right but I just need a bit of advice to see if it seems right .it’s just I normally get a erection sitting down and I don’t pull my dick down but when I stand up I’m 1/4 less why is that sorry if I just seems to ramble on but I’m a worryier lol and does that 1/4 seem common among members ?

When sitting doubt I would think you would loose length most likely. Consistency is important but you do want to know your true size so definitely be up standing.

Your penis is 1/2 longer sitting? Are you meaning 1/2” maybe? I measure pretty much the same, but I’ve heard most measure sligthly longer when sitting. Anywa, as Kimc said, measure as you like, just be consistent.

Pss, please when you’ll have time give a read to the Forum Guidelines, the section about grammar and spelling. Thanks in advance. :)

Hmm well I never really noticed a difference so maybe just go with standing up but if you prefer to do it sitting down then go ahead.

If anything, my measurements are shorter when sitting. It’s strange (to me) that you have the opposite experience. Anyway, just do it the same way each time you measure. You’re not really ‘losing’ anything by doing it a different way. If you do it the same way and your measurements are different, that change can be attributed to PE.

I also measure more when sitting, so I started measuring while standing. But ultimately it doesn’t matter, since the only reason WHY we measure is to track gains, not to feel better about ourselves, right ;)

If sitting down and measuring gives you consistent measurements, keep doing that.

My penis is longer when sitting. I’ve always measured standing up though, and I will continue to do so to be consistant.

Oh no, now we’re going to have to introduce a new letter to our already large arsenal of acronyms for various PE related measurements: SUBPEL or SDBPEL (Standing Up/Sitting Down Bone-Pressed Erect Length) hahaha

I think that the 1/4” difference it’s pretty common. Hell, it happens to me also.

Tweek13, you killing me with the new measurement initials!

Would measuring laying down on a bed be the same as standing up? I’ve never noticed a difference in my sitting measurement in comparison to my laying down measurement.

November 08: BPEL = 6.2

August 09: BPEL = 7.0

My penis is actually shorter while sitting. But the most important is to do the same every time if you interested in the gains.

Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

Most people do measure about a 1/2” longer while sitting down. It’s because when you sit down your hips rotate forward giving you a little added length.
