Measuring NBPEL

Which why is best to measure, With the ruler on top of the penis or on the side. I’ve seen a few pics with guys measuring from the side and ofcourse the reading is going to come out bigger.

Why even bother? It’s impossible to get even remotely consistent NBP readings. If you’re really obsessed with NBP measurements, just calculate the depth of your fat pad to give yourself a pretty good idea of how the BP measurements you take translate to NBP.
