OK, based on the above discussion, I have just adjusted my NBPFL to 4.2”. When I measured it in early December, I held my dick horizontally and measured to the end of the foreskin. The 4.2” is letting it hang naturally and only measuring to the end of the glans. I just realised, my current flaccid girth is more than me pre-PE erect girth. WOW!
