Hey everyone!

I wanted to ask what are the most important measurements to document to compare progression?

Obviously I’m supposing BPEL, NBPEL, BP FL, EG and FG.

But what about BPFSL and NBPFSL? Are those important?

Are there any other measurements that I am forgetting?

BPEL , BPFSL , are the most important cause they have the least fluctuation due to non PE sources(weight gain, mood, weather etc.).

You might also check the wonderfull thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!
which is about rather subjective PI ‘s (physical indicators) which can tell you much about your journey espacially over some time.

And all girth measurements can be taken at different points obv. base, mid, below head..

Overall you want consistent measurements to track your gain. Meaning same position(sitting, standing), maybe even same time of the day.
