Hey guys, I forgot to measure myself BEFORE I started my very first session of PE so I measured afterward. Question: How many centimeters do you think length and girth increase AFTER a PE session(specifically the newbie routine)? I measure again today(on an off day this time) and I wanna get the change, I.e. Percentage increase in volume. Thanks a lot for y’alls educated guesses guys!

I think it’s going to be different for everybody. Just measure on your off day and go with that measurement as your start. When I first started I took three measurements on three different days and averaged them out.

Don’t measure yourself right after PE, you want the “lasting” measurements.

Have you taken any pics?

If not, it might be a good idea to take some measurement pics for future reference.
