Maximum expansion question

I read that getting maximum expansion is key to girth gains. What are some of the reasons why people can’t get maximum expansion and a temporary erect girth gain during and right after a routine?

The lack of adequate heat application during the routine?


Decemeber 2007: 5.8" BPEL x 4.9" MSEG

Current:-------->7.7" BPEL x 5.7" MSEG (7.2" NBPEL)

Current Goal:--->7.6" BPEL X 5.8" MSEG Do or do not, there is no "try".

Not enough pressure or improper routine, maybe?

I’m over 2 years into PE, and jelqing never did much for me in terms of expansion or girth gains, no matter what kind of grip or pressure I used. I had to move on to more advanced girth exercises that built more pressure. That being said, I also discovered that I had to do more jelqing to get my penis ready for the advanced exercises both before and during my routine. If I don’t jelq enough I only end up getting discoloration, soreness, and a tougher feeling in my penis, no expansion, and my gains stop or even fade.

About 14 months total PE time. I'm very inconsistent.

Yes, heat is the key. But also in addition, if the girth session is too short, it would not allow one to reach maximum expansion.

It is also important that there is a proper build up to maximum intensity thus maximum expansion during a session.
