I will do the routine from ( the balanced one and then the girth one) and I wanted to know if reheating the penis throughout the jelqing routines would help girth. Could I do an interval where I do 50 strokes reheat for a few seconds to a minute and restart? Also I notice your flaccid girth is thicker when you hold your urine for a while. Would you recommend constantly doing this throughout the day? If anyone has any other tips let me know?

I just reheat right before my jelq session for 5 mins and it seems to work. Also, one thing I do is to constantly try to keep my dick semi-erect throughout the whole day.
