Can someone smarter than me and who has had very good results answer these 3 questions - I have read and read and it seems there are just too many opinions on (#1).. Cold wrap or hot wrap immediately after a session? - Seems cold makes more sense. (#2) Rest days.. 1 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off: which is the best? - - I work out and know how long it takes to repair muscle, but not how long it takes to repair cells and ligs in an organ? I work hard at PE sessions - what’s optimal rest time?? (#3).. Static wrap to keep enlongated following PE - yes, no, maybe, and for how long? - Or — it does’nt matter? If you have had great results and can answer these 3 questions, I can only thank you, however; maybe God will bless you!! THANKS

Hot wrap after the session. Why? The heat increases blood flow to the penis which would help in the repair of cells. Cold would be used to reduce swelling so I don’t think it really has much purpose in PE (others who had luck with cold, please say so).If you are a newbie, forget about the 5 on 2 off for now. The 1 on 1 off or the 2on 1off may be best suitable. Once you have a few months of PE under your belt and your dick is conditioned then you can change up your routine if desired but try and follow the newbie routine for now. Static wrap, never heard of it and never used it so I cant help you with that part. Good luck and stay consistent.

I can only say good advice! The newbie routine shod be done for 2-4 months. After that get a new routine for girth or length what you wish. All ways do the warm up. It pays off and it’s good to prevent some injuries. If you need any advice if I will try to help you if I can. You can all ways PM me or some one other. Good luck and much gaining!

You’ll have to discover for yourself which schedule works well for you body - everyone is different. However, I’ve been doing 5 on, two off with good success. I do tend to mix the exercise routine though - mon, wed, fri are heavier days and tues & thurs are lighter exercise days.

I neither cold nor hot wrap after PE. A static wrap after PE (for the rest of the day) to keep the penis enlongated is good for length gains at the expense of girth gains.

One more thing - I have used a cold wrap after PE but found that the static wrap works better. I suppose you could static wrap and then cold wrap…but I don’t really see the point to that as the penis will cool down just fine on it’s own throughout the day.

I am the one who wrote the 3 questions, however; I have been doing pe for 2 mnths and have gained 1.25 in. In length and almost .5 in in girth - good results. - - - That’s why I want to learn from somone who has had good success - I figure duplicate what someone does who is successful and you will get what he has - thx

Thinkerer, don’t you think that a 5on 2off is too intense for a newbie? N2growinmb, don’t try to uplicate someting that somebody else does cause everybody is different and what might work for someone else might not work for you. What works for someone can also have negative gains for you.

Regarding the static wrap, I did the whole day when I was newbie. Now, I use ADS.

Be careful as a newbie. Don’t work it too hard, or you won’t see results, or even worse, you may injure your member.

I started on 2002. I rarely did hot wrap before sessions. Never after sessions. But it´s true that after sessions cold wrap makes more sense (#1). I read once at the spanish forum of someone who sustained that gains cemented by the use of cold wrap after his routine. I was so enthusiastic about PE when I started that I only rested 1 day in a week, on sundays (#2). Sorry, I can´t tell you anything about static wrap, it´s the first time I hear about it. My gains on the first 2 months were 1” more in length. I did a lot of dry jelqing in those 1-1/2 - 2 months. You´re welcome, may God bless you too!!
