I’ve caused myself some minor negative pi’s (nothing too extreme or worrying)

I’m just wondering from the vets: how long a break can one take before you begin to lose your hard earned gains? Does it begin straight away? Or days weeks etc?

It rather depends on how long you have been exercising. The ‘curve’ would normally start slowly and as time went on the losses would be accelerating and the curve would becme steeper.

It’s just the same with any sport; the fitness curve will depend on how fit you are. and you will lose strength etc more quickly as time goes on.

In both cases the loss will depend on how ‘fit’ you are when you cease. ie. it will take longer to lose the gains the more fit or improved you are.

And it will also depend on the persons actual make-up

I’ve been doing a fairly light routine for 3 months :

5 mins warmup

5 mins stretching,

60 Jelqs at 80% erection

2 on 1 off.

I’ve gained 0.45 inches in girth, not very much in length, but I only recently added the length routine. Anyway: my gains have slowed so I added some squeezes in; which are responsible for the negative PI.

What are your current stats?

And just start slow with the squeezes and you should be fine.
