Hi there mate,

I masturbate once at the end of every PE session I do this just to make sure I’ve got no pain and it’s a good way to release after a session too.

I also masturbate once on my off day.

It’s healthy too masturbate(well that’s my excuse lol).

I masturbate between 1-3 times a day, but some days I go without doing it once.

If my girlfriend sees me she says like an old female teacher looking down on a young boy who’s just been caught - ” Are YOU masturbating?” It used to make me feel a bit like I was doing something wrong but then one day I realised that there’s nothing wrong with masturbating and in fact it’s probably good for mind and body to do it. Otherwise why do we get the urge to do it??

So the next time she caught me and asked in the old farty voice I just said “Yeah, and what are you gonna do about it?”

I masturbate 1-3 times a week. My girlfriend also knows that I do it, but who cares. If I like it I will do it.
