Masturbation frequency and Penis Enlargement

Masturbation frequency is something that’s pretty debatable these days, especially when it comes to penis enlargement. If you’re addicted to masturbation and you’re single, penis enlargement is even more challenging I think. How do others handle masturbation frequency while sticking to penis enlargement routines? Does masturbating every 7 days help with penis enlargement? Every 10 days? Never??

Also, I read that T-levels are optimal after 10 days of not masturbating.

To give a little background about myself, I’m a 30+ yr old guy.

Some people believe less ejaculation helps PE gains.

Some people think it doesn’t matter.

But I haven’t read of a single person who thinks frequent ejaculation helps PE gains.

Conclusion: do some clamping while you masturbate.

No problem. Not sure if you’re in to clamping, that’s just my preference, any girth work really. Use that erection for PE purposes.

Does Sex/Masturbation Hinder Gains

I turn on my water heater ,then I masturbate ,then I do my warm up ,then stretching. If i dont masturbate I would get an instant boner as soon as I start stretching.

Frequent masturbation never hindered my progress. Now it’s something I rarely do. I’d rather spend the time it takes to release doing PE.
