As a chronic masturbator that struggles with keeping my hands off, I figured why not use my weakness to my advantage? Masturbation usually carries negative influence in PE discussions and many have reported negative PI’s from frequent indulgence. Positive PI’s have been reported from periods of abstinence. Others report no difference. However, few to none report positive outcomes from frequent masturbation. What’s the cause? We know masturbation without ejaculation or greatly delayed such, can have very positive effects (edging,ballooning), but as soon as we ejaculate “quickly” or “normally” we often get the post-masturbation effects of soreness, decreased blood flow and turtling. I’m thinking that if I can target this “post-fap” window with stretches and kegels there’s a chance to gain positive PI’s from masturbation as an exercise. Perhaps even when going at it for multiple times a day.

What are your thoughts on a stretching focused routine with masturbation as girth work? I’m personally fairly content with my current girth and would like to focus more on length.

The catch-all term of “masturbation” is too wide to cover the actual movements you will do for us to know how well it can perform as girth work. Everything from speed of stroke to strength of grip is completely different from person to person.

I would highly recommend if you just followed the Newbie routine as it stands.

Sounds like you are justifying your problem. No, masturbation doesn’t have any advantage. “Edging” doesn’t help you last as long as actual sex. If you want to practice lasting longer in the sack, have more sex.

There is nothing good to come from excessive masturbation. That’s why no positive results have come from it. You will have lower EQ. Masturbation isn’t girth work. If you want to gain girth, you need a decent EQ. Sure you can ejaculate before stretches to relax the tissues, but you should limit ejaculation to sex only.

I should mention that I’ve already PE’d for over 2 years now, so I’m over the newbie routine. I am well aware that I have a problem. As I said, I want to turn the problem to my advantage. Masturbation is clearly highly taxing on the penis and brings plenty of blood flow. Which is why I suspect that other practitioners with negative PI’s have gotten such results due to excessive “training” volume. With masturbation as the only form girth work this is not a risk. I agree that masturbation can be a broad term, though I refer to it strictly as a method of forcing blood and expansion into your unit.

Btw, I’m fairly sure Edging is primarily done to raise EQ not to last longer. I’ve also seen reports of girth gains from edging.

It seems like instead of fixing your problem you will continue to justify it. You’ll do your own thing at the end of the day regardless. Edging is usually done for lasting longer. Girth gains from edging alone? Highly doubt it. If you want to force blood into your unit, jelq. How old are you anyways?

I recommend fixing your problem, not “using your problem to your advantage.”

Edging has definitely helped my EQ, so I agree with that statement. My EQ was in the dumpster for quite some time but not anymore. I’m able to get to 80-90% erect. I’m hoping that if I continue to edge, I may get to 100% erect.

As far as it doesn’t help for lasting longer, I disagree. At least for me, edging has helped me to last an hour before I come close to the PONR. Before edging, I was a 30-45min guy, based on how horny I was at the time.

Edging only helped me last longer with my hand. Lasting longer in bed I needed to practice during sex. I’m talking about without a condom.

I don’t get it. I never turtle after masturbating, even if I’ve done it a few days in a row even.

Also what I like to do is either masturbate with a cock ring on, or just put it on after cumming which aids in keeping my dick hanging even longer and fuller afterwards. Even without using a cock ring I’ll still hang quite good after a session.

Maybe it only gets worse if you do it several times every darn day? Haven’t really ever been a chronic masturbater asides from the few times I’ll jerk off 2- 4 times in a day if I feel extra horny.

Maybe you should try out the cock ring suggestion as I really can’t see how it would hurt. Just jerk off with it on and have it on afterwards as well. I wear a cock ring all the time except for when I’m doing my exercises or wearing my extender. A cock ring is such a cheap yet, dare I say, genius invention for keeping your dick longer and fuller 24/7.

Edit; I’ll always try to make my jerk off sessions last for a while, as in getting as hard and big as I possibly can. Think it also helps in cementing your gains. Just a thought probably discussed on here a vast number of times already.


Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

If you don’t think it’s an issue and you don’t wanna work on maintaining your addiction to masturbation, at the least you could work on masturbating after you are done with your exercises instead of before. Considering you speak of EQ issues and fatigue, doing your routine before doing all of that may help you.

My best advice for you is NoFap, try it and you’ll feel better in a few days , it will also help you gain more in your PE journey , I’ve read a lot about guys gained a lot because they stayed away from PMO (porn masturbation orgasm)
