Masturbating

I have some questions. Is it ok to masturbate while doing the some of the exercises? How can I tell if the kegels is working without having sex? I can’t tell because it’s so hard trying not to cum.

It probably is OK to masturbate during the exercises. - But why would you want to masturbate?

If you cannot get rid of a full erection then It might be worthwwhile. but M for M’s sake, seems to be rather pointless ( in my opinion)

If you are having sex - just concentreate on the sex.

Try thinking of having sex and Doing PE as separate joys They are probablty done better part.
