I have being PEing for about 5 weeks and it seems to be working pretty good. I have noticed a slight improvement. My questions is this..
"Is there any disadvantage to masturbating at the end of your PE exercises?” Sometimes I can’t help it.I still do the warm wrap afterward though..

Second questions is about Kegeling. The routines say to flex your kegel for about 5 seconds. I can notice when I flex my kegel because I see my penis become fuller, but it inflates and then a second later shrinks. Is your penis supposed to become inflated for the full 5 seconds, because I can’t seem to do that, or is Kegeling like a shot of Nitrous Oxide to a car where you can still be flexing it, but you only get one initial gush of blood to your penis?

It’s difficult to be precise on this question as we all react and relate differently, But If you do not masturbate after PE then it is more likely to hang fuller, as your senses are expecting something exciting to happen, But if you masturbate then it’s happened and the expectation feeling is not there.

Physically, penis wise, there is probably no difference to your gains from the workout.

Kegeling ‘stamina’ will develop with practice. It really is the whole idea of kegeling to make the muscle stronger. So all it probably needs is time and practice.
