Is masterbation after PE going to hurt my progress?

Some say yes: ‘puts the penis to sleep, into a non-growth state’
Some say no: ‘increases testosterone, improving gains’

I say maybe, but a good example of this not being the case is DLD, who does and seems to be growing fine :)
