I find the urge to let one go when I’m gettin ready to do some pe ,
My question is :

Is it better to masterbate before hanging or after, and how long before or after should you do it.

My routine is:
Day 1 stretches + clamp 10mins on 10 mins off 3x
Day 2 stretches +hanging 20mins on 10 mins off 3X
Day 3 repeat day 2
Day 4 off
Day 5 stretches
Day 6 hanging + stretches
Day 7 off

There have been no studies on it but I don’t see why either would matter. Whatever works best for you.

I try to hold off until a couple of hours afterwards as sort of a reward, but sometimes I’ll do it beforehand so I won’t be so damn horny while jelquing lol

I remember reading on this forum that masturbation doesn’t effect gains. But I’ve heard that it can, which is why if I’m gonna do it I usually wait until a long time afterwards.

Nothing is proven. There is no scientific or practical data that supports either. So.do what you feel is best.

Ejaculation affects on my daily routine, and my testrone level. Usually I hold the urge to ejaculate during and after P.E.

When you didn’t PE for at least 3 months which according to your join date is the case, do the newbie routine. Especially clamping and hanging are risky to do on an unconditioned cock.

I have done the basic stretches for awhile now, I actually recieved a booklet on stretches when I orderd some pills awhile back, so I feel I’m able to hang and clamp now.

Also, I sometimes gain an erection during hanging, should I immediately take off the hanger and let it go away or is it ok to leave it on ?

Take off the hanger. Hanging with an erection is way to risky.

Do not hang with an erection.

Do not clamp. You have not been doing PE for long enough. Also, just stretching probably isn’t enough to properly condition you for this, you need to do the newbie routine including some jelqing.

Hmmm, if you think about it, wouldn’t jerking of after a PE workout help your gains, I mean you’ve been stretching and jelqing for a while and your penis is all soft and worked up, then you get an erection, that should work as an type of an stretch too?

No, that is like fighting at the moment you left the gym. The muscles don’t get enough rest to repair. The same applies to PE
