Master Cleanse for Peyronie's

My girlfriend is on this thing called the master cleanse. It’s supposed to totally detoxify your body and make it like new. I’ve read in many different places that the master cleanse fixes scar tissue. I read through what process the body goes through while you’re on the diet and I found this.

“On the latter part of an extended fast, you can experience enhanced energy, clear-mindedness and feel better than you have felt since childhood. On the downside, old injuries may become irritated and painful. This is a result of the body’s increased ability to heal during fasting. If you had broken your arm 10 years before, there is scar tissue around the break. At the time of the break, the body’s ability to heal was directly related to lifestyle. If you lived on a junk-food diet, the body’s natural healing ability was compromised.

During fasting, the body’s healing process is at optimum efficiency. As the body scours for dead or damaged tissue, the lymphocytes enter the older, damaged tissue secreting substances to dissolve the damaged cells. These substances irritate the nerves in the surrounding region and cause a re-occurrence of aches from previously injured areas that may have disappeared years earlier. The pain is good as the body is completing the healing process.”

I was going to try this because I have peyronie’s and I thought maybe it will fix the scar tissue and remove the plaque. If it doesn’t that’s ok because the healing process of my body will be a lot better and I can see the effects of ADS and jelqing a lot sooner than usual. What do you all think? Will it fix it?

I think the people advocating this need to back up their claims with some science.

Can’t hurt to try it? In the detox’s I have done in the past I felt better afterwards. Skin got clearer etc. This is the first I’ve heard of the scar thing, but I must admit about 2 years ago when I was climbing over a fence and the wooden plank my foot was on snapped and my shin slammed right into the sharpened cracked wood.. It hit the bone quite hard but also caused quite a gash into the skin. It healed after a month or something like that.. and I thought it healed fine. But in the last month or two it’s been reawakened for some wierd reason. Like it’s gone back to being 80% healed for no reason and has been rehealing. I didn’t think nothing of it, I thought it would be a bad thing not a good thing. I don’t know if this is related or if it’s coincidence. I did only a 4 day detox a month or two ago. And since then have PE, weightlifting and HIIT/and other cardio, and big diet changes. A lifestyle change in other words. If I had to guess I would say that lifestyle change has improved my health more then a detox but I think they can compliment each other. And if this scar thing is related or not I have no idea. What has happened to it, is it’s healed slightly differently, but is still very much a scar. It’s not like it’s dissappeared but it’s changed somewhat. I don’t know if this helps you or not but yeah.

What can it hurt to try……..? I have done the Master cleanser, It is hard to stay on it for more than 4-5 days, But it will clean you out. Any type of colon cleansing will make you feel better. As for curing conditions, The jury is still out on that. Someone pointed out that PE is not scientifically proven either. Are you convinced? The master cleanser relies on lemonade, cayenne, and maple syrup, supplemented with salt water washes to flush your system. I have had much better results with an all natural herbal cleansing that IS unbelievable.
