I do my PE in the shower so I get constant heat. Instead of just holding it under the hot water I twist, knead, massage, squeeze my penis to help it loosen up. Does anyone else do this? Is it a good idea or even worth it?

I do that. I think it’s well worth it. It’s analogous to how you’d warm up before exercise: just get your package loosened up and ready for a good work out.

I have only been doing the PE exercise for about 4 days now and I’m glad someone asked this question because I’ve been using the warm cloth but it hasn’t really been working for me what I mean by that is my penis isn’t really loose when I begin stretching. I’m going to to try the shower thing. The only question I have about doing the whole routine in the shower is, when I do my jelqing I use cocoa butter and I’m not sure how that will hold up doing it with the water running. Anyone know? Thanks

Maybe try switching to Vaseline? It’s not water soluble. :)

Would warming up in this way with massaging and kneading etc. Also help loosen up the tunica?

I’ve given up on the warm up almost altogether. I’ve made all my gains since stopping it.

How long have you been doing PE for and what have your gains been since stopping the warm up?

Goodstart: 3 months approx. No gains in the first two, then I stopped the warm up for the 3rd month and have so far gained 0.25”

I’m only looking for length, maybe the warm up is more important for girth routines. It’s not for everyone, some people see the warm up as vital to their gains, others don’t. I’ll see how it goes without the warm up, PE is different for everyone.
