Many newbies doing Fowfers ?

Was just wondering if many newbies out there are incorporating fowfers into they’re routine? Even bed fowfers?

I’m not, but I am following the newbie routine. I have a low LOT which according to site wisdom means lig gains may be difficult to come by. Fowfers to me seems like lig stretches.

I always found fowfers tough to hold


Starting stats: 7.6 bpl x 5.875 - 6 g

Hoping for: 9 bpl x 6.25 g

Yeah it’s just I’ve heard some people on here have gained some fair length with fowfers.. I’ve tried bed fowfers but usually only hold them for 30 minutes before going to sleep.

How do you sit on it without sitting on your balls? Never got this one…


18.02.08: NBP 6.7, BPSFL 7.9, EG 5.9

18.05.08: 6.9" NBP, 8.3" BPSFL, 7.7" BP

Just lift your balls and place them to the side.

It’s amazing what you can find if you use the search function.


Dec \'23 -> Feb\'24 17.5cm -> 18.5cm BPEL / 12.7cm -> 13.1 MSEG / 18.5cm -> 18.9cm BPFSL (measuring in mm for accuracy)

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

Exactly, i tried and even getting it there while standing was uncomfortable, then sitting on it = No go

I moved my balls to the side to try it. I got the stretch, but it wasn’t as much of a stretch as I expected. But it put pressure on one side of my sack (right where the sack starts) and was sore for 2 days. I think I was sitting on too firm a chair, so it caused too much pressure. I think it’s just a trial and error thing.

Final Goal: 8EL x 6.2

The LOT theory is not used anymore. So you can gain like the rest of us. Merely depending on variety and effort.

Wait, what do you mean LOT isn’t used anymore? Is it just too inconsistent? They need to drop all the out of date stuff on this site… or better yet, have a news section that lets us know what’s happening in the modern PE world.
