Manual vs mechanical
I’ve only been doing PE for a week with the newbie routine and trying to plan out my future routine and the idea of hanging or using some sort of contraption on my @&$# is very unappealing to me. Just wondering if it is possible to gain substantially in both length and girth using an entirely manual routine? If so what routines or techniques should I incorporate? If anyone has done an entirely manual routine and had good gains please share your story and any tips! Thanks!
