I’m obviously a newbie. I’ve been PEing for about a month now. I’ve been using a Maxxtender and just started jelqing and stretching. My question is when you manually stretch what feeling should you be having to let you know you are doing it right. You are stretching the ligament and so should you be feeling ” a burn ” in the area around the pubic bone? That is what I feel when I stretch. Any advice you guys have I’ll take and if you can set me up with a quick daily routine that would be great too. Thanks guys!
