Hey everyone,

Iv just started manual stretching and noticed a larger flaccid hang, but no real gains. Can any experts suggest a workout for me? Currently I stretch in all directions for overall 15min, 5 days a week.

I suggest Newbie Routine. I’ve been PEing for a year and a half, my routine is quite simple and I’m still getting good results. Don’t get too paranoid about it, just be sure to warm up properly.

Should I be limp or semi erect? I guessing limp but just wanna make sure. (Instructions not to clear)
Also lube or no lube?
