I I’m 38 end I’ve been starting PE since july 2009.Now I have the sensation that I can streatch my dick more; I mean using a costant and light pressure I feel like it can be streatched for more than 2 minutes per sections for a total of 15 minutes.Any problems with that?Thanks

As long as the tension is not too much, the longer you stretch the better.

Yeah, nothing wrong with that. I guess your penis is getting used to being stretched and stuff. Just don’t go overboard and pull the thing off.

Thanks for your help but I think it’s too early for me to make this Kind of exercise;I’ve been only making PE for 51 days.I’ll try it later.The only question is if I can make every manual streatch for about 2-2 and half minutes for a total of 15/20 minutes per day. 3 day on 1 day off.I think I can do it, after reading your answers.

I too had an afinity with manual stretching. It did not effect me badly so I increased a lot quite quickly. It did me good. Pay attention to your penis and how it responds, if all is good, then great, but be careful at the same time.
