I have a quick question about stretching. Is stretching btc good for just Flaccid Length? I wanted to know if it helped with Erect Length as well. I’ve tried doing the newbie manual stretch routine for a couple weeks and I just don’t seem to get a good stretch or grip as I do using the btc. I’ve used latex gloves and other things for grip but it just doesn’t seem to help as much and just keep sliding up towards my glands still due to excess skin produced from jelqing. Also if it helps my LOT is about 9:30 that’s why I considered doing btc stretches. Also now after reading about using the v-stretches I wanted to try them as well. Is this wise or should I try to tough it out and try to continue with the newbie manual stretches. Just looking for an alternative to newbie stretches thanks guys.

I attribute most of my gains to stretching. It does take awhile to get a good grip. It’s a combination of technique and conditioning.

You can incorporate v-stretches with standard newbie manual stretches. A 9.30 LOT is telling you that you might see some good gains when doing stretches downward primarily. For better stretching grip you can try also toilet paper and baby powder.

Thanks for your input guys. I have tried toilet paper but not baby powder as I’m trying to be stealth but I will give it a shot. It’s just crazy how much more skin I’ve got from jelqing but it’s a good tough kind like it’s being conditioned for growth. I will just see what else I can do for a grip.
