I am new to PE (only been doing it for around 2 weeks). I am following the newbie routine as it’s posted but I am having problems with the stretching. I always wind up with an erection while stretching, does anyone else have this problem? I want to get a good stretch before I start but it never seems to work out. Any ideas?

Masturbate 1/2 hour to an hour before you do stretches, This may help with reducing full blown erections while stretching.

That should subside after time or least be harder for you to get an erection. I try to just watch something on tv that has nothing of real sexual interest on it like the news. That should do it :)

Can you masturbate on the days you doing PE routine? I thought it’s better for growth if you masturbate/have sex only on your days off.

If you warm up using hot water, or anything of high heat, use a lesser heat. I had that problem and I solved it this way.

Getting erections is normal. After a few days to a couple of weeks, your penis will become used to it and erections will become less frequent.
