Hi everyone, i first started pe about a year and a half ago but didnt stick with it, i started only doing manual stretches and jelqing then went on to a little hanging. During my first month or so, i could pull on my penis as hard as i wanted to , in any direction i wanted but now it hurts too much to do so. I just started my old stretch/ jelq routine a few days ago, and immediatly noticed that it was alot more painful than i remember, i cannot pulled straight out or to the sides without feeling alot of pain in my glands, i can however pull straight down without feeling pain . I use baby powder and i warm up before my stretches. I basically wanna know if pain is a normal part of manual stretches, and if not how can i stretch without feeling pain. I really want to pull HARD but cannot because of this.

Your tunica isn’t too tough right now and your LOT is probably around 7:00 or lower. Try to do as hot of a wrap as possible and do the up, straight, left and right stretching first. If need be, massage a lot, do it in a bathtub full of hot water or somehow keep heat involved.

There are days when mine kind of stings and I wind up doing more sets of stretching and less time per stretch. The head is connected to the bottom part, so try to squeeze just the sides and the top. That should help relieve a tiny bit of the pressure as well.

Ladida, thanks for the help I appreciate it and damn those are some great gains, over an inch in 3 months?! What was your routine and your starting “LOT”? Since you say my lot is pretty low, is this good or bad for gains, do i have to change my routine because of my lot? I stretched last night after a few days rest and with a better warm up than before and it was alot less stressful on my glands. Ill jsut take a day off every week or so to let me penis heal.

Another thing, how do you stretch up without hurting your wrist? Whenever i try and strech up my wrist hurts like b*tch and feels like im about to get a wrist injury.

My lot is around 7:30, but I didn’t know about it when I started so I don’t know what mine was when I started, sorry. The lower the LOT, the more you have to do tunica work to get gains. Ligs are easy gains and what you are stretching when going below your LOT.

For upward stretches I have a strong grip/forearms so it’s not as hard for me. I use an overhand grip, pull out and then up and it’s comfortable for me. I don’t get as good of a grip using a normal style grip and pulling up. If they aren’t comfortable then do a couple at the beginning of your stretching, some more in the middle and the rest at the end. That way you keep your wrist in better shape while still getting your exercises done. Also, shake your hands and do wrist stretching if necessary (I learned these from baseball and working at a grocery store).
