I have been doing PE going on a month, and I was curious about what part of my unit is actually being stretched. I do manual stretches followed by jelqing after getting out of the shower. The two stretches that I feel the best stretch is when I stretch down to the left and right, and also straight out. This feels like most of the stretching pressure is around the base. My ligs have some tension on them, but for the most part it feels as if I am actually pulling directly on the penis inside of my body, or ‘inner penis’ . I am curious if others experience the same thing, and what kind of gains you made.

Everything gets stretched, except the glans and testicles. Won’t be the same feeling like in the first week, because your body is adapting to it.

While stretching, put your index finger on your shaft, at any CC. You will notice that inside your penis is stone-hard … in other words, stretched. After loosen your grip and finish the stretch, everything becames soft once again.

That makes sense. Your right it doesn’t feel the same as when I started P.E . Thanks for the reply. I have another question regarding EQ. Lately my EQ has gone down. I was doing 300 jelqs after my stretching routine, which my EQ was great. Then I tried 600 jelqs a day as part of DLD’s first Newbie Routine. I only did 600 jelqs for about 3 days, and when my EQ started to drop I stopped and dropped down to 350 jelqs. My EQ has not returned to the same strength. My morning/night wood has not returned to what it was, and the erections in general are not the same intensity.

Everyday PE is overkill, not enough time to restore the penis balance and EQ will go down.

Your original routine was working fine. You bumped up to double on your jelqs and overtrained your penis. I would suggest taking a few days off completely leaving it alone. Start back up with 150 jelqs on the third day and reevaluate. As Useless stated, you can’t do PE everyday.

Update on EQ

I took 2 weeks off to be cautious. My EQ did get better but is not as good as first starting PE. I’ve started back on my routine and my EQ is steady, but not rock hard. I’m pretty sure my exercise is not overdoing it. I’m thinking my lowered EQ is actually tied to lack of sleep. I noticed this morning I did not have morning wood and I slept pretty poor. I only got about 4 hours of broken sleep. My EQ was fine to this point. I read up on some articles and I’m going to try to get 7 hours minimum from now on and see how it goes.
