Manual stretching-What is absorbing stretches?
I have been doing PE going on a month, and I was curious about what part of my unit is actually being stretched. I do manual stretches followed by jelqing after getting out of the shower. The two stretches that I feel the best stretch is when I stretch down to the left and right, and also straight out. This feels like most of the stretching pressure is around the base. My ligs have some tension on them, but for the most part it feels as if I am actually pulling directly on the penis inside of my body, or ‘inner penis’ . I am curious if others experience the same thing, and what kind of gains you made.
