Manual stretching VS ADS device

Manual stretching or using a ADS device? Or perhaps both? Witch is best for gaining length and girth? Also. Some say that you should do length work first, and then focus on girth. Why is that? Can`t I do both at the same time? I have use a JES extender for 2-3 month now and last week I started the newbie routine. How long would I have to wait to start clamping?

I say both- start with the newbie routine as written for the prescribed period [check my sig] and once you’re conditioned add in the ADS in slowly increasing period [although I personally hate the JES- could never wear it for more than a few minutes without excruciating pain, and as I’ve noted here before, I’m a big pussy when it comes to things that hurt my dick]

Leave the clamping off for a bit for at least the first three months- get comfortable incorporating the rest of your PE into your life- then search for Big Girtha’s clamping threads to get an idea of what you are in for.

Guys— follow the newbie routines if you are a newbie! That's what it is there for!! Good folks have gone through a lot of time and effort to lay out the map of the territory for you and there is no reason toe re-invent the wheel in your first month of PE!!
Just work the canned routines until you begin to get the hang of this whole PE lifestyle.

Have you had any gains with the Jes Extender?
I started using it 18 August, and see gains in all states except EL
Stretching at full power now, and I’m on my 9’Th hour for today with a total hour count of aprox. 135 now

So you couldn’t handle the Extender pain.. Well I surdently understand that, first 14 days really wasn’t fun at all.
I tried a lot of different things, and this has worked out very well for me : My results using an extender

I’m not against ADS extenders- and the first few weeks I used the JES I was fine with the fit under the head— then the noose would slip [wouldn’t stay secured in the contraption], the skin where the noose fits got overly sensitized, I got repeated cold dick head syndrome, where my head would go numb and blue.

I still use an ADS extender when I am in PE mode, but the strap kind [can’t recall the brand name off hand], which I bought as an after-market replacement head for my JES base piece

I’m not saying that ADS doesn’t work— the principle is sound— I just believe that the JES is a lousy execution of that principle.
Just like hanging, the issue isn’t the efficacy of the underlying principle, but rather whether the application tool is such that the user will be able to use it enough to obtain the desired result.

I have been using the JES for a couple of months. I have had some gains, mostly flacid though. I started combine the JES with hanging and the newbie routine two weeks ago and have already noticed the difference. I think I will stop using JES because it is so uncomfortable and it feels like the manual stretches and hanging gives me more stretch to the penis tissue at one single session then the JES do in one hole day!!

That’s what I see also, massive flaccid gains.well massive and massive *LOL*, some gains in flassid ;-)

Now I measured BPFLS 7,20”/18,3cm flaccid stretched on the 14 September ( 16 September 2007.3.jpg )
Did Saturday and Sunday about 12 hours each day only with short brakes at maks stretch (1500g), and I noticed that I had to screw the screws longer out on Sunday, did 5 hours at 1500g yesterday.
Measured BPFLS 7.48”/19cm just now.. How can this bee?? Well Ill wait and see what happens in the next month, but I deffinantly am aiming for 1500g as much as possible.
Today is 1 month since I started, and I measure 6.69”/17cm Flaccid Stretched, but not bone pressed. When I bone press it goes about 0.39”/1cm further in, so would say that it had been 7.08”/18cm if I had measured it BP

That’s adds up to a gain off 0,39”/1cm

But I’m not breaking out the champagne yet, not a true believer before I see some real big gains!
No way my tissue has grown in such a short time, it’s just stretched.
