Manual Stretching, The pulse Stretch

So, even though this is my first Post in this Forum, I‘ve started my PE journey long beforehand. Now I want to share my way of manual stretching.

Doing my method only, I gained about 1,2 inches in about 4 Months.

I would work out everyday for about 30 Minutes, With a simple Manual stretching routine (Down, Side, Up) with the only difference being that when I pulled there was constant tension but also a pulsing I did with my hand in the pull direction for the last bit of stretch.

I‘ve gotten great results with this and I would love to hear what you guys think about it, and or if you do something similar.

That sounds like good gains, I’m a newbie, so will try doing what you describe, will let you know how it goes.

Last night before going to sleep I was thinking to do pulse stretching to my manual stretching routine.
I have never read anything like that…I just thought about it on my own and today I searched the forum if anyone was using this teqnique and I found this thread.

I d like to know if any other guys did it and gained.

What do you mean by “a pulsing I did with my hand in the pull direction for the last bit of stretch”?

Guys, yesterday I was doing my stretching routine and thought the same things, when I do pulse stretching I can feel that tissue start softening more, and I can stretch further, I will add this type of stretching.


Start: 25/03/2020 || NBPEL: 15.5cm - BPEL: 16.5cm || MEAN GIRTH: 13.87 - 227.37ml

1st Goal: 17/05/2020 || NBPEL: 15.7cm - BPEL: 16.7cm || MEAN GIRTH: 14cm - 234.43ml

Isn’t this basically like the JAI stretch?

“The JAI stretch was developed to avoid the kickback reflex of the BC muscle when stressed. Avoiding the reflex should allow tension on the ligs and the BC muscle to be far more effective. The stretch is held at a medium tension for 2 seconds and then released for 2 seconds. It should be repeated a number of times, 3 sets of 15 repetitions being a good starting point. Try to perform this using regular breath as a key.”

The Jay is complete release …
The OP means stretching to the Max Flaccid streched length and from there do the Pulses stretching.
He is clearly indicating it here:

I have done this off and on for a while. I like it.

Haha yeah my bad. I do notice it helps! I do believe it is effective. Anything with tugging/pulsing and vibration…. I use all methods to get the tendons to relax. Prevent the kickback reflex
