Manual Stretching Routine
So I jelqed for one month (2 days on, 1 off), started in the first week with 20 reps and worked my way up to 50 reps, and I saw no gains in either length or girth. I jelqed at a low erection level 10% to 30%, as my main goal was to gain length. Anyway, I was reading through many older threads and I noticed that many people gain most of their length from doing manual stretching exercises, so I was hoping if someone can guide me to a manual stretching routine that will help me gain length. My goal is to gain an Inch in length in 6 months to 1 year.
