What is the best possible one day manual stretching routine for the intermediate PE gentleman? Currently I am just doing the basic straight, left, right, up, down and v-streches for about 15 mins on days that I just do manual stretching. I am not really into hanging, so can anyone suggest something different and better?

Starting size: 6.5 BPEL 5.1 MSEG

Goal size: 7.6 BPEL 5.6 MSEG

I don’t think there is much scope for variatins on a manual stretch .The only variation I can think of is to hold your penis firmly and ‘bend’ it over the other wrist.

That should ggive extra leverage. So if you wnat to experiment do it carefully at first and build up to a heavy pull

You will have to adjust your hand to perform the pull upwards and down etc.

Might be worth a try.

What petitfaun is describing sounds a variation of the A-Stretch or V-Stretch (The A-stretch is simply doing an downward instead of an upward fulcrum, whatever the opposite direction of the V-Stretch is).

JAI stretches are light, but supposedly effective, which is nice since you can do them while you’re taking a leak, whatever.
(just make sure no one’s watching or they might get the wrong idea!)

There’s other manual stretches that are pretty effective:
“Side to Side Stretches”
“Bundled Stretch”
“Tension Stretch”.
“PNF Stretch”
“Super Lig Stretch”

I found these researching elsewhere; we may have versions of these stretches described here at thunders, but I’m not sure if they are. In fact, since we are on the subject, I think guys at thunders tend to move on to devices instead of sticking with manual work long term (at least that’s what I did). If you research the subject & you’re dedicated to a manual routine, there’s a lot more out there. If I am wrong, I’m sure someone will let me know!

I have been trying to keep an open mind & keep learning more about PE, so lets say I’ve learned a few unexpected things here & there. I hope this helps.

Personally, I dropped manual work & went to hanging as soon as I was ready. If I was better with manual work I might have described each stretch for you ;)

Yes I will look into those stretches. For some reason hanging frightens me and I still hope that I can reach my length goals with just manual stuff.
