Manual stretching only not wearing ADS

I have been only doing manual stretches but I have not been able to put on a traction wrap for some reason it always turtles . I have read that if you do not keep it in a elongated state you will not get gains and instead create a stronger penis . Is a ADS necessary to get gains when your only doing a manual stretch only routine or not?

No. Tons of people have gained without wearing an ADS. Actually the newbie routine doesn’t say anything about ADS, does it? But you should jelq beside stretch.

I am an example , I didn’t use any ADS and I got great gains.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

After sessions did you have really bad turtle ? I do but it goes back to normal in like a hour

Do you know what could be the cause of numb erections ? Like I get morning would but I wouldn’t even notice its there until I get up to pee half the time I don’t even notice I have an erection . I have feeling when I grab it but numb to light touches . I stopped masturbating for 6 months and this has been going on for a year

If you have normal feeling with sexual intercourse there is nothing to worry.

Hi I am also embarking on a manual only gain journey (I have young family) so ADS is not an option for me.

How long did it take you to get those gains?

Ahhhh around roughly 8 months I think. I’ve currently stopped PE due to my epididymitis and reoccurring bladder infections . I’m feeling much better now I’ll start from Jan.

I tried wrapping for a week and gave up on it years ago. If you use a sensible routine of manual stretches, it’s likely you’ll grow.
