Manual Stretching Issue
Hi all. So I’ve been PEing for a good 4 months and I seem to have made some girth gains. The problem is, I’ve only been jelqing and not stretching because I’ve had some issues with stretching. Whenever I finish a stretching session, I seem to develop a “raised crown” at the tip of my head. It’s not fluid buildup; just a slight protrusion. And it goes away after a couple minutes. I also get it when I use my extender. If anyone has any idea what I’m talking about and could give me advice on what I can do better, it’d be much appreciated. I know stretching is not the only way to gain length, but I’m willing to do everything I can to maximize gains.
