To those of us that have PE’d and gained this sounds like “I dropped out of medical school; how could engineering school possibly work?” Or: “I used a thigh master and my ass is still big; how can crossfit work?” First of; PE does work. It does not work anything like a pay site would have you believe. It takes a long time for most guys. And if you do it wrong you can end up with no gains or even an injured pee-pee.

New guys often have difficulties staying only semi hard whilst jelqing. My problem was the opposite. After only a few sessions my wang figured out no sex was in the offing and that was that. After 4 months or so of dedicated (OCD) hands on PE and no gains I transitioned to hanging.

I am a big fan of hanging but believe that hands on is the way to go for the vast majority of new guys starting out. A majority of guys get a majority of their gains from hand on PE. If/when you do hang the secret is to go as light as possible. Increase time in hanger rather than weight. Increase weight when your hanging gains have slowed. If you have never gained from hanging simply upping the weight every little bit will just toughen your ligs rather than stretching them.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

Back in the day, when I was submissive to JP90 you were supposed to stretch like 5 minutes in every direction for 25 minutes. I got no gains, though I wasn’t dedicated.

But it must be a way to gain. If you were to compare the most well-known methods of penis enlargement, you could deduce that manual stretching would have to be effective under those terms(traction methods), but I believe it could be in the same category(high volume-low intensity) as extending.

However I have gained .2 from hand ligament stretching, and another .2 after purchasing a hanger. I have never hit the 8.0” mark, BPEL or along the side of my penis before two months ago.

With the intent always being to kill cells in order to create micro-tears via traction/stretching, I would/have imagined that high intensity/low volume exercises would be more effective and not surprisingly though dangerous than their counter-parts.. And I have indefinitely created many micro-tears w/ high intensity training, as after working out i’ll feel very painful but short twinges in my penis throughout the day. I suppose it is just an hypothesis that has not been given enough time to yield observable results, but judging from how the most well-known supposedly effective methods of penis enlargement are said to enlarge the penis, manual stretching would have to be effective to an degree that would be dependent upon an volume/intensity ratio.

My routine is 5 mins hot wrap
30 second stretches up, down, left, right and straight out.

200 wet jelqing with coconut oil

Then I use a pump for 5 mins

Lastly light massage for blood flow.

I would like to add in clamping but would that be too much? Or do I not want to do girth with this routine?

I would wait to add clamping! If your routine you do now is working good and you feel good with it.. why add clamping that can kill both your EQ and enjoyment with what you do now?!

It’s better to play around and build up the routine you have with different variations, than add clamping that can kill your journey that you doin right now , so you must take a break to heal and restart all over.

Thanks for the info! So my routine looks ok? Is there anything I should add? I’m condition to do more. I just decided to stop using my
Bib hanger 10-14 days ago. I was up to 12.5 lbs
And didn’t feel it was working so I stopped.

You have stretching, jelqing and pumping as an amplifier in you routine now! With just stretching & jelqing you can do at least 10 variations, 10 exercise variations and 10 different schedule variations.. and if you have the right mindset and fantasy you can take your routine you mentioned how far you want and be up to 50 variations and combos with stretching, jelqing and pumping!

I have been on the most simple routine and I have thinking that this is redicolous and I can do much more by adding some heavier exercises to boost it up even more. But the more I build it up by time from simplicity to advanced with the most simple routine that I thought was doin nothing to me, by time was the best and funniest routine I done and created from nothing.

But it’s your choice!

You have awesome gains. Can you share your routine that got you their and how many months/ years have it taken you?

I had great newbie gains through manual exercises which included stretching.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

I have doin many routines but I always keep the exercises that works for my that I develope and play around with in lots of variations and combos. I love stretching and respond great to it. Have always stretched a lot, especially the first year when I stretched whenever I got the chance. Then I did flaccid jelqing (10-30%) and then I intreduced BM in my routine wich gave me explosion gains. So I gained rapidly when I had PE 6 months to over 2 years period.. I still do but not that quick and easy. But now I don’t PE like I did before..
Stretching, jelqing, pumping, ADS and sometimes hanging is the exercises I do these wich I play around with.. and I work on both lenght & girth in my routine.
I love to PE and have a lot fun with it and EQ is up to the roof, my sexlife with my gf is fantastic and i had learned a lot about myself thru this PE journey and still do :-)

Hello all.

NB routine gave me almost 0.8” gains but I don’t really care about lenght. I will surely be 8.0” BPEL I am a easy gainer in length department. (grow of 1.2-1.3)


Start 01/01/09 6.8"BPEL(17,2cm) 4.3"MEG (11cm) Off 01/01/10 at 7.0"BPEL(17.7cm) 4.5"MEG (11.4cm). Back in PE after 4 years off - Back to NB routine the 03/01/2014 at 7.0"BPEL(17.7cm) 4.6"MEG (11.7cm)

Now :7.5"BPEL X 4.6 EG :/ Short Term Goal 7.3"X5" (lenght reached !) Long Term Goal 7.5"X5.5" : hard! (length achieve, desperate about poor girth). New goals : ST: 7.7X4.75 LT: 8X5.1

I was hanging in the Spring and had some improvements in base girth and bpfsl, but stopped because of privacy and a concern about getting too long for the wife. We’ve recently lost weight so less fat pad.

So now, I’m hitting girth hard (pump, clamp, jelq). I’m up 1/8” which is great as gains are crazy slow for me.
