Manual Stretching 3 times a day
Hey guys! Do you think stretching 3 times a day for 10-15 minutes is a viable routine? Maybe with two days off a week? Or is that too much? I’ve been reading that stretching in the fatigued state is beneficial to length gains as long as you don’t over do it. What do you think? This is with 300 jelqs a day.
