Hey guys! Do you think stretching 3 times a day for 10-15 minutes is a viable routine? Maybe with two days off a week? Or is that too much? I’ve been reading that stretching in the fatigued state is beneficial to length gains as long as you don’t over do it. What do you think? This is with 300 jelqs a day. Thanks for taking the time to read :D

If you think about the cumulative time hangers (conditioned and experienced) spend with their dick under tension on a typical day, then three sessions of manual stretches should not be a problem. All the usual admonitions about carefully watching your EQ and for evidences of negative PIs apply.

Try it but it might be to much if your new,if your erection quality is bad your doing to much just do what feel’s right only you can tell,sometimes to much is counter productive.

Thanks! One more quesion. 15 minutes of stretching, would that be divided into few second intervals? With rest in between or could you hold it for minutes on end?

I tried stretching two times a day and ended up getting a little pain just behind the head of my dick near my grip. Took a couple of days off and it went away. Everyone is different so you may have a different experience. My only suggestion is why not give two a day stretches before jumping to three to see if you experience any issues.

My stretching routine runs about 20+ minutes and I hold each stretch for 30 seconds.

If you are currently doing 15 minutes once a day then start with 5 minutes three times a day. Add time if you can handle it but like a couple guys mentioned, it can really add overall intensity if you don’t pay attention to just how much you’ve done.

With that said, this method of multiple stretching sessions per day worked well for me. :)

I think of it as repeatedly nagging my penis into living a more active lifestyle, rather than just getting him out of bed once a day to run around the block, then letting him go back to sleep. (:

I’d guess that if you haven’t been experiencing any negative PIs in a week you’re probably OK, but keep an eye on them. Personally, if I get too enthusiastic and stretch more than usual, I’ll turtle pretty badly for a day or so. Good luck.

I think 30 min is too much, 2 sessions of 10 minutes should be ok,but as other people said you have to watch your PI
