Hey guys, idk if it’s just me but.. I can’t seem to have a steady grip for manual stretching. Is there some other way that I can stretch the ligs as a noobie?

If you are having issues with your grip for stretching, then I recommend investing in some gold bond’s body powder which does an excellent job at preventing any slipping of your grip. A travel size costs a buck or two at Wal-Mart and will last you quite some time.

Others have mentioned using a paper towel in the past but I have no experience on that so I can’t make any comments there.

Second the powder suggestion and I use Shower to Shower. Wonder if latex gloves would help, but never used them.

Honestly, just use a damp washcloth that’s warm preferably. It’s soft and doesn’t damage the tissue when stretching and if anything it is beneficial to the stretch.

This works well. And if the rag is warm you get the extra benefit of the heat.

Exactly, you have to get on the creative side sometimes.

I like to do a Kegel before pulling, to force blood into the glans and make it easier to grab.

I never thought of stretching with a warm wash cloth. Good thinking.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

I use an overhand grip behind the glans when stretching forward and down. It allows me to have a more secure grip with much less effort.
