Should stretches be done on a flaccid, semi-erect or erect penis?

If semi-erect, how much % of the erection do I need?

Would stretching affect my girth in any way?

Also how long would it take to gain 0.5 inches in length?

Never do stretches with any sort of erection. You want to be as flaccid as possible when you do them. It is much more beneficial and effective to stretch a rubber band, than a stiff rod.

Most people have not reported any changes to girth due to stretches. Getting a longer length will not reduce your overall girth.

Everyone is different. There is no way to accurately determine when you will achieve that first half inch. Some gain that much in a matter of weeks, others in months, and some take even longer than that. The one thing that is common for everyone that makes gains is their dedication to do the exercises for the long term.

I am manually stretching for a little bit more than 10 weeks now and already my base shaft girth has noticeably increased.
After 8 weeks: additional 0.39 inches of base girth versus additional 0.20 inch mid-shaft, 0.20 top-shaft (just beyond glans) and 0.16inch of glans girth (all erect values).
So stretching definitely seems to affect my girth, at least at base.

I am just following the newbies routine, so beside manual stretching it’s just jelqing, ok, and a 5 minutes base chakra massage, biut I guess that does not affect neither length nor girth.
I am doing that just for keeping the blood circulation up and running between stretching and jelqing.

And yes: stretching definitely only in flaccid state, nothing else.
