Manual stretches while sitting

Is it OK if I perform manual stretches while sitting? Will I still get the same effect?

Yea dude, same effect if you sit. I get the best stretch when laying down on my couch, because I can contort my body to get the “maximum” stretch. But I do stretch my dick a lot while on my computer.
